Modular Design: This controller is a modular small digital regulator that supports a 2-channel or 4-channel configuration, making it suitable for multi-channel temperature monitoring and control scenarios.
Input Compatibility: It supports full-range input types, including thermocouples (TC), resistance temperature detectors (RTD), direct current (4-20mA), and direct voltage (0-10V), and can adapt to various sensor signals.
High-precision Measurement: The measurement accuracy is ±0.3%FS. For thermocouple inputs, it can achieve an accuracy to one decimal place, ensuring the stability of the control process.
Control Functions
Multi-mode Control: It has both heating and cooling dual control modes, supports external setpoint control (external setpoint input), and provides a derivative-on-input control function for systems with slow changes to optimize the dynamic response.
Program Segment Control: Similar series products (such as DCP551A Mark II) support programming of up to 99 program curves. It is speculated that this model may also support similar multi-segment program control functions, which are suitable for the management of temperature curves in complex processes.
Expansion and Communication
Event Outputs and Inputs: It supports alarm event outputs (such as 3-point alarms) and time event outputs (such as 5 optional points). Some models also provide digital I/O interfaces, facilitating linkage with external devices.
Communication Function: Some products in the same series are equipped with communication interfaces (such as RS485 or memory card interfaces), enabling remote debugging or batch parameter configuration, and reducing on-site maintenance workload.
